Thyme Estate

Thyme Estate is a beautifully restored 17th-century manor house set within 150 acres of the Cotswolds' most picturesque countryside. The estate has been in the same family for three generations and was converted to a fully plant-based venue in 2021.

The kitchen garden supplies the estate's award-winning restaurant with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers. Head chef Clara Whitfield transforms these ingredients into extraordinary plant-based tasting menus that have earned the estate national recognition.

Thyme accommodates up to 100 guests for weddings and private events, with 18 rooms and cottages available for exclusive hire. The combination of historic architecture, rolling meadows, and impeccable plant-based hospitality makes it one of England's most sought-after vegan venues.
